The Characters are made out of wood and may have natural wood marks that cannot be prevented. You will not receive replacement items for natural wood markings.
Each piece is laser cut, engraved, to preserve the charm of real wood. We leave the finish natural—no paint or stain—so the grain, knots, and character shine through. The edges may appear darker due to the cutting process, adding a cozy, rustic touch.
Our figures are made from genuine wood, which means every piece is wonderfully unique. You might spot darker grain patterns, tiny knots, or slight burn marks from the laser—these are part of the magic, not flaws. We don’t cover or alter these features, because we believe they add personality to your piece.
Please allow up to 8 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS before your items arrive. Keep in mind these are all handmade and are carefully put together.
